2. Colour & Size Exchange

Babli Sales allows customers to exchange a product for a different colour or size, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange is applicable only once per order.
  • Exchange will proceed after the original item is received and inspected.

3. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customer-Initiated Returns:
    Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Defective / Wrong Item Delivered:
    Babli Sales will cover 100% of the return delivery charges.

This ensures a fair and transparent process for all customers.


4. Defective or Wrong Product Guarantee

If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Babli Sales will provide a 100% refund or free replacement.
  • Unboxing videos or images may be required for verification.
  • All company-side issues are handled at zero cost to the customer.

5. No Return / No Refund on Customized Products

Products that are specially customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or refunded.
Customized items are considered final sale.


6. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Refunds begin after Babli Sales receives the returned product.
  • Quality inspection will be conducted within the same day of receipt.
  • Upon approval, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours into the same payment gateway used during purchase.
  • Refund status updates will be shared through email or WhatsApp.
